How To Return/Exchange An Item

i-perfect accepts only exchanges for glasses if they are the wrong size or wrong dioptre and returns only if there is a manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns on the basis of style preference.  

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email to request a refund.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt plus the original order number, if known. You will have to pay for the return postage.
